This photo is the embodiment of how I feel. I have been so fucking sick all week long. Sicker than I've ever been in my entire life. Worse than all the hangovers I've had combined. Worse than when I had morning sickness 'round the clock. Just the absolute pits.
My doctor has no idea what's wrong with me beyond having a some sort of infection that's causing me to have a really intense, high fever that's, in turn, causing delirium, and the occasional loss of bladder control while vomiting. My antibiotics finally started to kick in today, and I was able to sort of work a half day today, but unfortch, I was too busy pumping out my guts into the toilet and my urine onto the bathmat to pump out a new Pot Psychology. It will def be back next week though!

okay so here's what i do:
i sit on the toilet with my laptop on my lap and a bucket (deemed "the puke bucket") in front of me,
and stay there for days.
give it a go, i highly recommend it.

I see I'm not the only one that has happened too. I got Pneumonia in '06 and similar things were happening to me. Peeing when I coughed, or threw up. It was terrible, I eventually swallowed my pride and wore Depends for a while. It turns out I had an intestinal infection and caught a cold too and that's how it spiraled into Pneumonia. The delirium is the worst part when the fever kicks up. It's like a severe case of stupids. At least, for me it was. Take care of yourself & I hope you get better soon.

I'm glad you're fearlessly addressing the rarely-mentioned problem that puking causes one to pee on the bathroom floor. Barfing when you're actually sick is so much more out of control than then drunken kind; it's a style of puking where ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.

okay, i want tracie to start posting again as much as the next slut. but
1) she's planning a fucking WEDDING. it's fair to assume she's busy.
2) she's getting married, so it's also probably fair to assume that she won't be writing about running around, fucking randos. her life is changing, so her content will probably change a little.
3) maybe it was the post about pissing, shitting and period-ing on her fiance's guitar, but i don't really get a "doormat" vibe from her.
