Living alone and working full-time from home has been getting lonely. Multiple orgasms do occur without coming back down completely, but you return to the plateau phase of sexual orgasm, you don't remain at a climax (or it'd just be one long orgasm).
It's only not a multiple orgasm if you come down fully from a state of arousal. Guys are generally screwed, as once they ejaculate the anatomy HAS to come down fully from arousal, so no multiple climaxes. Though there are some ways around this using PC muscle control to prevent ejaculation at the point of orgasm.
